Fun Party Australia is a small graphic design business with a passion for designing invitations and stationery for parties and other special events.
Our History
Although Fun Party is a new initiative created in late 2023 by Vanessa Gallagher, many of our designs and ideas have been carried over from Party Invitations by PaperWeb Design, a business partnership of Vanessa and Wendy Cook and founded in Australia in 2003. PaperWeb Design was a highly successful Brisbane based venture creating business stationery, logos and websites for local companies, as well as everything featured on Party Invitations. After taking a short break during Covid and retiring Party Invitations and PaperWeb Design, through Fun Party Australia, we are back doing the thing we love best.
Our Vision
We love designing, creating and sharing all things party. Our goal for Fun Party Australia is to create a helpful space for anyone who is planning or hosting a celebration. In order the achieve our goal, we want to:
- Build a substantial catalogue of free and affordable party printables
- Research and write articles to assist in party planning (and share great ideas submitted by our guests)
- Collaborate with others in our industry in a supportive way including with businesses and designers
Our Services
Party invitations currently specialise in creating digital designs for customers to download, edit, print (as many as required), email, text or post. Providing our designs in digital format gives customers an opportunity to create fresh, modern and professionally designed stationery for their event at a very affordable price. Additionally, there is flexibility to choose specialty papers and card that is not always available if printing is outsourced, and extra stationery can easily be printed should changes be made to customer guest lists.
Printable Formats
One particular point of difference in our digital downloads is the inclusion of PDF templates where possible. The PDF template is provided as a quick, easy to edit solution where guest and party details can be quickly keyed and printed.
(NOTE – designs with more complicated fonts and personal elements will not include a PDF file).
In addition to the PDF file, Fun Party Australia provide access to our Canva templates. The Canva templates offer more flexibility in that images can be downloaded in different formats, sent to a printer, emailed, texted or shared on social media.

Fun Party Australia are based in Greenbank, a suburb in Brisbane, Australia. We are an online based business and therefore do not publish our exact physical location.
